ONE BCG is focused on building a strong, well - knit community right from those who have been with us almost since the inception of the organization, to those who may have joined a month back. To take one step further in this initiative, the company arranged an all expenses paid two day trip to a four star resort a little beyond Shimla. The trip was unique as it was first of its kind a pleasure trip packed with fun-filled training programmes and leisure activities. Everyone participated with full zest and enthusiasm and the tiredness of the long journey was nowhere to be seen. After the activities were over, people danced away to the tunes of punjabi as well as english numbers. Fun played on the faces of the people and work was nowhere to be seen, yet the learnings were there. People came back from the trip a little more tired yet refreshed and awakened with some more knowledge and learnings.
